Timber Point is a 160-acre property including a lake of 29 surface acres. The lake is located one mile east, one mile south and one mile east from the south edge of Brainard in Butler County.

Admission is free and no entry permit is required. Enjoy parking, boat ramp, no wake boating, seasonal portable restrooms & picnic tables (Apr-Oct), camping, camping pads (3) & vault toilet, fire rings, fishing & hunting - Nebraska game permits are required for fishing and hunting.

Entrances on the East side of Co Rd V - at the intersection with State Spur 12-B (-96.966279, 41.162137) and 0.3 mile South of State Spur 12-B (-96.966225, 41.157723)
