Encourages improved water-use efficiency in irrigation systems through implementation of USDA NRCS best management practices. This includes the use of soil moisture probes, converting gravity to pivot, upgrading nozzles on existing irrigation, and other eligible practices identified on NC-17 eligibility guide.
