All LPSNRD properties are now open. Please continue to use caution as cleanup efforts following the flooding are ongoing.

Salt Creek Levee Trail users, please yield to District and City vehicles using the trail's hard surfaces while conducting inspections. Thank you for giving crews room to work and for your patience during cleanup.

LPSNRD's Landscape Tree Cost-Sharing Program allows landowners (urban or rural) to apply for 75% reimbursement for the cost of a nursery tree, up to $200.  Upon LPSNRD approval and planting of the tree by the applicant, LPSNRD will inspect the planting and authorize reimbursement.  The program is open to owners of land within the district, and your trees must be planted within the district.  A landowner or property may be approved for this program once each fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).  The total number of applications approved by LPSNRD is limited to 25 per fiscal year or until funds are expended.

Review the Landscape Tree Informational Packet linked below.  It includes the program rules, a checklist, and a list of recommended trees.

Applications for the program will be open for two periods of the year: February 1 – April 30 and July 1 – September 30. The application form will be made available at that time.
