LPSNRD Lakes Brochure

Cottontail is a 148-acre property including a lake of 29 surface acres. The surrounding lands offer wildlife habitat. It is located one mile north of Martell in Lancaster County.

Admission is free and no entry permit is required. Amenities include parking, boat ramp, no wake boating, camping, fishing & hunting - Nebraska game permits are required for fishing and hunting.

Entrances on the West side of SW 29th St - 0.4 mile South of W Roca Rd (-96.762066, 40.648142) and 0.6 mile South of W Roca Rd (-96.762115, 40.645313)

*Fishinig Regulations: Largemouth Bass - 21-inch minimum length
