The Lower Platte South Natural Resources District is seeking bids for a three bedroom, two bath manufactured home to be moved.  The home is being sold As Is.  There will be a public viewing at 9600 N. 27th Street on Tuesday October 3, 2023, from noon to 2:00pm.  Sealed bids can be mailed to Lower Platte South Natural Resources District, P.O. Box 83581-3581 or dropped off at the NRD office at 3125 Portia Street, Lincoln, NE 68521 until 1:00pm CST on Tuesday October 10, 2023, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.  The winning bidder MUST have home removed by November 15, 2023.  The Lower Platte South NRD has the right to accept or deny any and/or all bids.
