Wildwood is located two miles north of Branched Oak Lake in northern Lancaster County and is the largest lake in the North Oak Watershed project. The property itself is also the largest.

There are more than 120 acres of virgin and native grass prairie open for public exploration.

A lake restoration project was completed in 2003 and included an ADA compliant fishing pier, restrooms and many fish habitat improvements. Current fishing regulations are no live bait fish, catch and release on largemouth bass and channel catfish, 8" minimum size on bluegill, all other species as state regulations specify. Stocked fish include largemouth bass, bluegill, channel catfish and walleye.
