The NRD offers many educational services to enlighten youth and encourage their curiosity about nature and the outdoors. We do much of that ourselves through various classroom presentations and programs, but we also have resources such as outdoor classroom grants, a lending library, scholarships for both educators and students and much more to support educators and help them better meet curriculum needs.

West Lincoln, Morley, McPhee, Faith Lutheran and Clinton elementary schools were proud hosts of our Spring, 2011 Family Nature Nights. Over 1,000 people attended. Requests for Family Nature Nights are already coming in for the 2011/2012 school year. Call and request a Family Nature Night for your school today!
