The NRD is always anxious to help anyone preserve and protect natural resources. Accomplishing that may require submission of a form by constituents, or the issueing of a permit by the NRD.

Prior to consideration of any application for NRD cost-sharing, constituents must also submit a Citizenship Attestation Form and an IRS W-9 Form. Submitting these forms, when required, along with your application will assure you the most efficient service.
